There are many ways for members and partners to connect with the WINGS Network, regardless of where you are based. While we hold meetings and networking events around the world, proximity should not stop you from being involved! Below are different ways to contribute and be active.
Want to host a Network Meeting?
Whether you’re involved in a project, want to meet global colleagues, or gain more exposure for your organization or partners in your field, co-hosting a WINGS meeting is the best way to get directly involved with WINGS. Co-hosting a meeting with WINGS could include advising the WINGS Office on logistical decisions, securing in-kind contributions (in the form of meals, meeting space, reception dinner, etc.), and creating a welcoming and culturally relevant environment for meeting participants. We try to offer the network globally diverse meeting locations, so if you'd like to offer a meeting closer to home, let us know!
Are you interested in joining the WINGS Board of Directors?
WINGS Board of Directors is a global and diverse group of senior philanthropy professionals. In September 2017, WINGS will be hosting a search for directors to join the Board. Member organization executives are highly encouraged to apply.
For more information, email Rebecca.
Do you have a new publication, important update, or an opportunity to share with the network?
If you’re interested in sharing your latest publications, research, call for papers, inviting other global perspectives to your conference, or even job announcements, send them to WINGS to share through our communications channels. We can disseminate knowledge and news through our Knowledge Center and social media channels.
Would you like to offer WINGS Members a special opportunity? Partner with the WINGS Network!
The WINGS Network represents thousands of philanthropic organizations. Whether you are looking to offer a discount rate to your conference or an in-kind contribution to WINGS or our network, we can help you get the word out. Let us help you find out what is appropriate for your organization.
Do you have a story about the impact your organization has made? We want to hear it!
To further strengthen and make the case for philanthropy infrastructure, WINGS is gathering stories of impact and success from our members. If you are proud of a specific accomplishment or program, or have measured your impact over time, we want to hear about it!
To get involved, email Sarah.
